The hotel Atlantis The Palm is around 25 km from Dubai City Centre. The tourist centre is about 14 km away. A supermarket and other shopping facilities can be reached after 8 km. It is only 100 m from the hotel to the nearest bars and restaurants. Also the nearest disco is around 100 m away. Further entertainment facilities such as a cinema are approx. 14 km away. For mobility there is a car rental company. Locations further away can be reached via the railway station in a distance of around 10 km. For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 12 km away. The airport (AUH) is approx. 104 km away. Another airport (DXB) is located approx. 35 km away.

1. Check-in time is at 3:00pm.
2. Guests arriving before the standard check-in time may enjoy access to the pool, beach and Aquaventure Waterpark after registering in the lobby. Keys will be issued at 3:00pm.

Luggage is delivered to the guest’s room approximately 30-45 minutes after check-in.
4. Guests can keep swimwear in a separate bag to easily use at the Waterpark while luggage is being stored.
5. AED 500 per night is required as a deposit.
