General description:
The hotel Conrad Hotel Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers is especially popular with honeymooners and is located approx. 50 m from the hotel´s own sandy beach. At the beach are sun umbrellas and sun loungers free of charge available. The tourist centre is about 2 km away. The nearest town is Abu Dhabi (Dubai around 150 km). A supermarket and other shopping facilities can be reached after 100 m. There are restaurants and bars within a very short distance of the hotel. For mobility during your holiday, there are a taxi rank (around 1 km away), a bus stop (approx. 200 m away) and a car rental company. For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 2 km away. The airport (AUH) is approx. 33 km away. The hotel and airport are linked by a shuttle (where applicable, for a fee). Another airport (DXB) is located approx. 150 km away.

Amenities:
Completely renovated in 2021, the beach hotel has 576 rooms. It is equipped with a 24h reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, 5 lifts, an air conditioning, a safe (for free), a mini market, various other shops, a parking area (for free), a security entry system as well as a money changing facility. For the meals, there are 12 restaurants (air-conditioned). In a total 3 bars, you can relax in good company. WiFi is available for free. For guests with physical disabilities the hotel has a barrier-free access, a wheelchair accessible lift and a number of wheelchair accessible bathrooms. Room cleaning and concierge service are free of charge. Room service and laundry / ironing service are available for a fee.

Pool:
In the outdoor area of the high-rise style hotel you will find 3 heatable pools with a separate children´s pool (open from January to December). Here, there are sun loungers and sun umbrellas for free available. At the pool bar you can get refreshing beverages (open from 09:00 - 18:00).

Meals:
Breakfast (from 06:30 - 11:00) from the buffet. Half board: breakfast as well as lunch or dinner. Full board: breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast and lunch and dinner only in selected restaurants. Children`s menus also available.

Sport and Leisure:
Sports and entertainment: Fitness. At the beach different watersport types such as jet skiing and speedboat rides are available (partly from local providers). A golf course is located in the vicinity of the hotel. Sauna, solarium and steam bath free of charge. Spa area, hamam and massages available for a fee. In the outside area of the hotel there is a play area for children. Child supervision: mini club and babysitting (for a fee).

Half Board and Full Board
Our Half Board (HB) and Full Board (FB) meal plan offers a dine-around concept including five restaurants as shown
below, subject to availability and opening times shown in our dining guide.

Kindly note HB and FB meal plans do not include any beverages. All beverages will be charged as per the menu.
Hotel includes a drinks package add-on with additional charge per person, per day, which will include two house
beverages that can be consumed at dinner with the HB or FB meal plan.
Hotel has two additional restaurants that are not included in the HB or FB allocation, VaKaVa and Ray's Grill . Should
guest wish to dine in one of these restaurants, they may substitute their included HB/FB dinner for a meal
credit will be given per adult, per meal to be used towards the àl la carte menu in VaKaVa or Ray’s Grill.
For bookings on Half Board on New Year’s Eve, Guests should redeem their voucher on Lunch on 31.12.22
Kindly note, access to the former Executive Lounge or new premium Club is not available before 01 November 2022.
Guests booked in Executive or Suite room types and staying at the hotel before 01 November 2022 will receive a
2-hour Happy Hour in Nahaam (or Rosewater on Saturdays).
Guests arriving from 01 November 2022 that are booked in Executive or Suite room types will enjoy our brand new
and exclusive club, Level 45. These rooms are located from the 51st floor to the 60th floors.
Level 45 offers an exclusive check-in/check-out area (between 06:30am and 11:00pm) and a relaxing space for guests
to enjoy Breakfast, Afternoon Tea, and Sundowner beverages whilst taking in the stunning views of the city.
Access to Level 45 is available daily from 06:30am 11:00pm. Kindly note there will be a minimum age policy and
this is currently under review. I will update you as soon as I have confirmation on this.

Guests are not required to show their Alhosn Green App or a PCR test result during check-in at the front desk,
however, it will be required to access all of the hotel facilities (including restaurants, spa and gym, and the pool and
beach area) as well as outside tourist attractions (shopping malls, museums etc).
To activate the Alhosn Green Pass status, a PCR test will need to take place in the UAE with maximum of 30 days
validity.
Alternatively, if guests do not have the Alhosn app installed, they may present their vaccination certificate (showing a
full vaccination course), along with a negative PCR result within 30 days. This PCR test can be taken within the UAE or
from the guest’s home country, taken before travelling to the UAE.
The above guidelines are applicable for fully vaccinated guests. For non-vaccinated guests, a negative PCR result
within 7 days is required.
