we are delighted to share with you an update to our All Inclusive and Half Board packages for JA Palm Tree Court.
In order to further enhance the experience of our mutual guests, we are delighted to confirm that White Orchid Restaurant and White Orchid Lounge are now included for all JA Palm Tree Court guests on both packages.
Please note, any guests staying in JA Lake View Hotel and/ or JA Beach Hotel, on any meal plan will not be entitled to use White Orchid Lounge and/or White Orchid Restaurant as part of their meal plan entitlement (at any point of the day), however we will still honour the previously communicated per paying adult, per night, as a credit towards their dining experience, should they wish to use this outlet/s.


General description:
The hotel JA The Resort - JA Palm Tree Court is located approx. 300 m from its own beach. The tourist centre is about 15 km away. The town DXB Airport is around 47 km away (Dubai City Center around 16 km). A supermarket and other shopping facilities can be reached after 15 km. It is only 200 m from the hotel to the nearest bars and restaurants. For evening dancing you will find a nightclub in a distance of approx. 20 km. Further entertainment facilities such as a cinema and a theatre are approx. 15 km away. For mobility there is a car rental company. Locations further away can be reached via the railway station in a distance of around 15 km. For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 15 km away. The airport (DXB) is approx. 55 km away. The hotel and airport are linked by a shuttle (where applicable, for a fee). Another airport (SHJ) is located approx. 91 km away.

Amenities:
The 2-storey hotel has 208 rooms, and spread over one main building and 9 adjoining buildings. It is equipped with a 24h reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, an air conditioning, a mini market, various other shops, a parking area (where applicable, for a fee) as well as a money changing facility. For the meals, there are two restaurants (air-conditioned) and a snack bar. You can relax in good company in the hotel bar. For guests with physical disabilities the hotel has a barrier-free access, a wheelchair accessible lift and a number of wheelchair accessible bathrooms. For the room service and laundry / ironing service the hotel charges a fee (where applicable).

Pool:
In the outdoor area of the hotel you will find one pool with a children´s pool. Here, there are sun umbrellas where applicable, for a fee available. At the pool bar you can get refreshing beverages.

Sport and Leisure:

Deluxe All Inclusive Inclusions:
* includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner. These meals include 1 starter, 1 main course and 1 dessert per person in the a la carte
restaurants, as well as limited snacks (ice lollies, crisps and nuts). House pouring beverages are included throughout the day from all the above-mentioned outlets.
The All-inclusive package ends at 12:00 midnight.

The Ultra All Inclusive Package includes the following complimentary services and activities:
The Ultra All-Inclusive Package includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner on full dine around in all outlets. These meals include 1 starter, 1 main course and 1 dessert per person
in the a la carte restaurants.
• The package also includes snacks like ice lollies, crisps and nuts, and a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Alcohol service as part of Ultra All Inclusive
is from 11:00am until 12:00 midnight.
• Beverages indicated with sun mark at package included restaurants, are part of the Ultra All-Inclusive Package.
• Items on the food menu indicated with a Chef’s Hat are our Chef’s Specials, and are not part of the package, however it will be available with 50% discount.
• Room Service and minibar are not part of the package, and will be charged at the full price.
