General description:
Approx. 100 m from beach is located the hotel One and Only the Palm. The tourist centre is about 15 km away. The town Mall of the Emirates is around 15 km away. A supermarket and other shopping facilities can be reached after 15 km. It is 4 km from the hotel to the nearest bars and restaurants. Also the nearest disco is around 4 km away. Further entertainment facilities such as a cinema are approx. 15 km away. For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 30 km away. The airport (AUH) is approx. 104 km away. Another airport (DXB) is located approx. 35 km away.

Amenities:
The 3-storey hotel has 94 rooms, and spread over one main building and 10 adjoining buildings. It is equipped with a 24h reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, a lift, an air conditioning as well as a parking area (where applicable, for a fee). For the meals, there are three restaurants. For guests with physical disabilities the hotel has a wheelchair accessible lift and a number of wheelchair accessible bathrooms. Room service is available for a fee. For the laundry / ironing service the hotel charges a fee (where applicable).

Pool:
In the outdoor area of the hotel you will find one pool. Here, there are sun umbrellas where applicable, for a fee available.
