Kate Perry and Usher  are set to perform as part of the closing ceremony of the competitions, the World Parachuting Championships / November 28. - December 9. 2012 / on  December 8 at Meydan Race Course.

Usher has already cemented himself as a UAE favorite with a sold out show last year, Perry is making her Middle East debut. 

I can’t wait to perform my first ever show for all my Middle East fans in Dubai,” said Perry.

Both superstars will perform live greatest hits in a spectacular show coupled with fabulous fireworks.
